The Belshaw-Condon House is a Second French Empire style house built in 1872 at 11th and High by pioneer druggist and musician Thomas Belshaw, and sold in 1882 to Professor Thomas Condon, famous as a missionary, geologist, and professor at the University of Oregon. The residence was moved to Jackson Street following Prof. Condon's death.
